Dr. Alexander was kind as always, and he showed concern for the way I was feeling. He kept me informed of each step we would be taking as we attempted to diagnose my illness. I felt comfortable discussing my concerns, and I was confident I would be heard.

Dr. Alexander is a great provider

He is so humble and listens me patiently. though it is my first time I have good impressions about him.

Overall, I thought Dr. Alexander did a very good job. I did find his tone to be a bit overly paternalistic, as if I needed things explained in a very juvenile manner more appropriate for a child or an elderly person. Since this was my first time meeting him, that may just have been because he was getting to know me.

The provider was present and attentive. I appreciated that he sat face to face with me rather than hovering over a computer while we talked. Simply being in a doctor's office can induce even a little bit of stress which makes listening and retaining information difficult. By speaking slowly and deliberately, he allowed me time to digest what he was saying. I've never had a provider take such time and care to explain medication, policies, etc. to me. The provider was quick to respond to test results and to my messages in MyChart.

In over 55 years, I have never met another doctor with such compassion, care, concern, and kindness. Cannot stop telling people how truly wonderful he is. He came into the room having read my chart, fully aware of some recent test results (mammogram biopsy) and test results not yet received (pap smear). He listens, doesn't rush the conversation, and is compassionate beyond belief.
