About Me

As a family medicine physician, it’s important that I get to know who my patients are outside the office in order to provide highly individualized care plans. This requires a dynamic understanding of each patient's background, and strong patient-physician relationships where we can work together as a team to reach health and wellness goals. I’m very dedicated to my work and strive to ensure that all patients, no matter their background, socioeconomic status or personal beliefs, are treated the way I would want my loved ones to be treated.

I care for patients with chronic conditions including depression, diabetes and hypertension while stressing the importance of preventative measures and regular check-ups. Because my father passed away in his early 40s from undetected heart disease, I have a special interest preventative medicine – discussing screenings, recommending vaccinations and monitoring for hypertension and hyperlipidemia. I want to help others become more aware of their health and do my best to catch diseases before they start.

I enjoy working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center because of the opportunity to work in a such a collaborative atmosphere alongside a very talented group of faculty and staff.

When I am not at work, I enjoy being outside and spending time in nature. I also like watching sports and traveling.

I was struggling to find a PCP in OSUs network that I felt comfortable with explaining medical concerns and that they listened and gave feedback. Dr Williams not only listened but explained incredibly throughly why he would run which tests and why he would prefer to wait until they came back to potentially run others based on symptoms. He was knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with the follow up questions he asked and the exam he conducted.

Dr. Williams has strong listening skills and a vast medical knowledge. His ability to easily relate to a SENIOR CITIZEN is a valuable asset to the OSU Wexner Medical Center. His genuine concern for my overall well being was very evident.
