Dr. Richards is amazing. Years ago, I was upset my previous PCP left, but Dr. Richards has taken over my care & not missed a beat! He listens & is super reassuring & I appreciate the time he takes with me and doesn't seem rushed.

Dr. Richards is understanding and explains things in terms I can understand. Easy to talk to and provides details in terms, again, that I understand. Great listener.

He (as always) was punctual, relaxed, curious about my personal/professional life, asked poignant questions about my medical concerns. He very naturally provides me the space to open up and feel comfortable discussing very private matters.

I've known Dr. Richards since he was in med school, and sought him out as our PCP when he finished residency and our insurance coverage changed to include OSUMC as a provider. I've recommended him to others, but his practice schedule is full.
