About Me
As a reconstructive plastic surgeon, my passion lies in helping to restore both form and function to patients suffering from cancer or trauma. I specialize in microsurgery, lymphatic surgery to remove lymph nodes, implant-based and autologous breast reconstruction, and procedures to salvage and restore limb function.
Alongside an amazing multidisciplinary team, I leverage my training and experience to offer innovative solutions tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Shared decision-making is also a cornerstone of my practice. Each patient’s experience and goals are unique, and I believe in fostering open communication and collaboration to empower patients to actively participate in their care.
My commitment to patient care extends beyond technical proficiency. In addition to giving patients the best chance of a full physical recovery, I also prioritize the emotional side of the healing journey and my patients can rely on me for support across every step of the process.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, my role includes helping to train the next generation of physicians. I am an assistant professor in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Harbour has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
