About Me
I practice in obstetrics and gynecology with an emphasis on high-risk pregnancies. I help my patients manage their specific risks to keep them and their babies safe.
My approach to patient care places a strong emphasis on patient communication and collaboration. I help them to understand the risks and management of their specific conditions affecting them and their baby so that may make the best decisions for their individualized care. No two pregnancies are the same, and it’s important to me that my patients’ needs are addressed as comprehensively as possible.
Additionally, when caring for my patients, I’m mindful of the adage that it “takes a village to raise a child.” Toward that end, I work with my patients to appropriately include family, friends and support persons to create positive, family-centric care plans.
I genuinely love being at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and doing the work that I do. We have excellent clinical teams and health care professionals here all working together to keep our patients healthy and safe.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Schneider has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
