About Me
As a primary care physician, I am deeply committed to partnering with my patients as we work together to achieve their health and wellness goals. At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, my role includes not only diagnosing illnesses and managing acute concerns, but also promoting my patients' overall well-being in all aspects of life.
Health is shaped by many interconnected factors, and my goal is to create a personalized care plan for each patient that reflects their individual needs, values, and preferences. By using the most current, evidence-based practices, I work collaboratively with my patients to ensure that their treatment aligns with the latest advancements in medicine. Open, honest communication and strong relationships are at the heart of my practice, because everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported.
I believe that every person has equal and inherent worth, and I am passionate about advocating for all my patients. I focus on finding ways to reduce health care disparities and expand access to high-quality medical care. My experience includes caring for individuals who have faced significant challenges in life, including substance use and incarceration. I also have special training in Asylum Medicine and am very familiar with working with immigrant populations. Above all, I strive to provide a space where every person is valued and treated with dignity.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
