Wonderful COMPASSIONATE doctor.

Dr. Baliga is not one of my favorite doctors. I had to wait over 25 min. to see him after I got back in the room. He always seems to be late. And does not seem to take much time and is always rushing.

He is always both caring and stern, serious and light-hearted. I have nothing bad to say. He saved my life and helped me improve my condition.
