My care provider was, not fully engaged and my experience with her was horrible. She did not listen to my concerns and appeared lackadaisical.

The first time I met Dr. Aouad was in 2016. I have met with her a few times since then. She has come a long way since my first visit, in terms of the customer service she provides. Now she seems a lot more attentive, patient and gentle in her demeanor. She has always been extremely knowledgeable.

Words can't describe how amazing Dr. Aouad was. I've been struggling to find a great sleep doctor for my idiopathic hypersomnia, and Dr. Aouad did not disappoint. She clearly explained my symptoms and how my current prescriptions were affecting me and then described my plan for my new drug treatment plan. She asked for my thoughts and listened carefully to all of my concerns regarding my health to find the most comprehensive solution. She also did several things I have never had a doctor do for me. Knowing she would need to see me in three weeks, she told the staff to double-book me if need be rather than relegating me to a nurse or an open appointment six weeks away. She also personally called me to discuss my blood work results and her thoughts on going forward. On the same day, she also gave me a referral to a PCP at the same location, even though that PCP was not accepting new patients. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her. Thank you so much!
