As a psychiatrist, I’m passionate about helping children and adolescents with sleep and mood disorders. When it comes to patient care, I believe in helping patients as much as possible to overcome their struggles with sleep and mood disorders.
Sleep is critically important and there is a large overlap between sleep and mood disorders. My background in both pediatric mood disorders and sleep medicine allows me to best help my patients. I am one of the few physicians in the nation who is board certified in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and sleep disorders medicine.
My favorite part about working at Ohio State are the patients that I have the opportunity to work with every day.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending my free time reading, watching movies, doing Pilates and Krav Maga.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
