Dr. Volovetz was better than I anticipated! She was kind, caring, understanding of my need to switch providers. She had respect for my background and knowledge despite me not evening telling her what I did for a living. She was willing to listen to all my concerns. I did feel towards the end of our appointment She was looking at the time despite 2 topics not being discussed. I was able to mychart message her about those after, though, with very quick response time :)Ps... You should put a picture of her in the osu site, like the other doctors. It is helpful to know who you will be seeing!
Dr V is so great. She cares for her patients like they were her family.

Offered seasonal vaccinations while I was in the office
This was my first visit with Dr. Volovitz. I was establishing myself as a new patient. She took a lot of time going over my medical record with me. She was friendly and familiar with my recent health history and labs. They did an in office A1C because I am a Type II Diabetic. She referred me to a determologist and a podiatrist. She also ordered labs to clarify specific levels of iron in my blood. Those results were too low, and she followed up by sending me a MyChart message for a new prescription for Iron.I have a healthcare background, and I felt very confident and comfortable With Dr. Volovitz's exam. I am scheduled for aDM II follow-up visit in 3 mos with her.

Dr. Volovetz Rocks, she is clearly incredibly intelligent and yet she speaks to me so very clearly and down to earth.
Initial meeting to establish as new care provider. Covered introductory topics promptly followed by a medical checkup. Met my need by filling an expiring prescription.

Dr. Volovitz always takes as much time as necessary to make sure both her and myself fully understand what is going on and what needs to happen next. I use my chart and she always gives me results of all tests and x-rays

She was not my normal provider. She was very nice, listened to my questions/concerns, provided good information and helpful answers.
