I believe in working with my patients to select the best approach for their treatment. This involves taking each patient's background and current symptoms into account in order to implement an individualized course of treatment. Each patient is different, so I ensure the use of evidence-based plans that are both effective and well tolerated.
I enjoy working at The Ohio State University because of the immersive experience that comes from providing patient care as well as training the next generation of physicians.
In my free time I enjoy relaxing with my family, reading and traveling.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 03/28/17, Dr. McCutcheon has reported no financial relationships with medical device, research and/or drug companies.
