About Me

As a physician assistant working in orthopedic surgery, I specifically see patients with shoulder pain and injuries. I am passionate about patient-centered care, and educating patients so they are able to play a key role in the medical decision-making process. Many of my patients live fairly active lifestyles, and it’s especially rewarding to help them return to their hobbies and regular activities.

My favorite part of working at an academic medical center like Ohio State is the opportunity to offer patients the most modern treatments, which is made possible through access to novel research and continued education for our faculty and staff. I am proud to be a part of my Buckeye family and a nationally renowned institution.

I live an active lifestyle, so in my free time I enjoy exercising, exploring the city of Columbus and traveling.

Knowledgeable of all my major health concerns. Did not see him wash his hands/sanitize, but never touched my skin or anything I touched (that I noticed other than door handle). Sean was respectful, friendly & sincere.

Sean is wonderful and I tell everyone I know. He is caring, has attention to detail, excellent communication (verbally and listening), remembers who you are and personalizes the visit. His patience, understanding to not only myself but all of his patients is clear.

Dr. Collins was exceptionally respectful, empathetic & kind. He was also knowledgeable & professional. The intern assisting him during my visit was obviously trained by Dr. Collins & treated me with the same kindness & respect.
