I believe that a physician’s role is to serve as a partner, confidant and guide in navigating an individual’s journey to optimal health. You are the master of your life and your health, and I’ll do my best to serve as a catalyst for your goals. My specialty training in family medicine forms the foundation for my practice and focus in osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) and lifestyle medicine.
I utilize osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT), a hands-on therapeutic modality appropriate for many acute and chronic neuromusculoskeletal disorders and injuries, to promote your body’s innate affinity for self-healing. In my practice of lifestyle medicine, I address your condition and symptoms through the natural framework of human health — diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, social connectedness and avoidance of risky substances.
I’m thrilled to be part of an interdisciplinary team of health care practitioners at Ohio State Integrative Medicine spanning expertise in integrative medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, Ayurveda, acupuncture, chiropractic, psychology, nutrition and massage.
