About Me

As a family medicine physician, I strive to provide quality, evidence-based care for my patients. I am passionate about including healthy lifestyle as part of chronic disease management and preventive care. I think nutrition and exercise are very important for improving both physical and mental health. I encourage my patients to take an active role in the decision-making process so that we are working as a team to maximize their overall health.

I enjoy working at an innovative academic medical center. As a top leader in health care, Ohio State offers a vast network of resources for physicians and patients alike. Having access to new research and excellent specialists ensures that we continue to provide our patients with the best care possible.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, hiking, running and going to Ohio State football games.

Like the nurse, my provider was very willing to complete the wellness forms. She also discussed specific situations unique to me (the challenges of jogging during the wildfire smoke alerts) as well as my overall health challenges (improved my BP numbers!). Great communicator and listener.

Dr. Nair does a fantastic job of listening to any concerns I have and providing helpful treatment and feedback. She is not dismissive of what I have to say and does not rush the appointment. I appreciate how she listens and takes time to explain everything to me. She's friendly, helpful, and professional.

Same comment as with the nurse asst. I know my care provider very well and trust her with my health. I never have a bad experience.

Dr. Nair is excellent, I have been her patient for years.

My provider is an excellent medical doctor, she listened to my health concerns, takes her time to complete the physical exam, went through my medication list, and lab work. She ordered follow up lab work
