Excellent
Excellent
Dr. Hebsur identified that more was going on with my heart than just an electrical issue and scheduled tests and brought in other cardiac specialists to discover structural issues in my heart and changed the course of treatment. Dr. Hebsur willingness to listen and his wisdom have made a big difference in my life and life expectancy.
Willing to listen. Reassuring . Didn't feel rushed.
The Cardiologist was easy to understand. He did a great job explaining what would happen during the procedure and also precautions.
Very helpful.
Very good
Doctor Hebsur is exceptional. Fortunate to have seen him. He performed a tri- chamber heart ablation on me that has been successful to date.
All good
Very knowledgeable talked in a way that I understood what the procedure would involve. What needed to be done after the procedure. Talked about the risk involved with the procedure.
Everything was good .
He was, in a word, fantastic. Dr. Hesbur is everything in a doctor a patient could ask for: exceedingly knowledgeable, concerned, attentive, patient, kind, caring, and supportive. Would that all doctors could serve their patients as well as him.
The provider explained my health problem and surgical options the best I have had thus far in the past 6 years.
He was good but I was surprised he did not want a follow up appointment.
I just met my doctor for the first time at this visit. And I have to have heart surgery and obviously I'm very nervous. But he was so accommodating and so friendly and unbelievably informational that I'm just going to come in and have this thing done and we're good :-) I wish every doctor I had was like him.
He was very knowledgeable and compassionate. He was genuine and spoke to me with respect.
Good
Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
All good
Excellent
I was very Impressed with the doctor. He thoroughly explained my diagnosis, my treatment options and very patiently answered all of my questions.
I was very impressed with the physician. Very easy to understand and answered all my concerns and issues.
Doctor was very attentive as I told him about my A-Fib history. He explained the heart ablation to my husband and me pretty well. Of course I thought of questions after we left the facility. This was my first trip to a doctor in Columbus. Before we left the nurse gave me a pamphlet on "Left Atrial Catheter Ablation". The next day I read it and of course have some questions. Wish I could have had it prior to my appt. I'll try to call sometime and maybe the nurse can answer my questions.
All good
