About Me

As a sports medicine physician, I provide evidence-based, individualized care and take the time to get to know my patients and their unique conditions. I have found that educating individuals on their course of treatment and building confidence in the patient-physician relationship leads to the best outcomes. Because I’ve experienced several injuries throughout my own sports career, I’m better able to relate to what my patients are going through. I love seeing people improve and return to the activities that they love.

I enjoy working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center because of the special camaraderie that is shared among my colleagues. I also enjoy the opportunity to work with the next generation of physicians through various stages in the learning process.

In my free time I enjoy going to local sports events, concerts, the Columbus Zoo, local breweries, watching movies and spending time with my family and friends.

My doctor is the best doctor I have had since I entered recovery from drugs/alcohol. I can speak to him about anything and he has not one time judged me for anything that I have asked or said. He has helped me in all areas to the best of his ability. I prefer to have him the rest of my life.
