Theresa showed little respect to what I shared regarding my health concerns and history. She made assumptions throughout. She laughed with trainee when she mentioned I could message the office via mychart. She asked questions only as they pertained to the forms she needed to complete which left a lot of gaps and little to no eye contact. I now have been asked to schedule another apt so she can treat me properly as treatment did not work. Medicine I was prescribed I was not told as to side effects or what to expect as far as the process which resulted in a delay in medication. No one has contacted me about my lab results although they show to be abnormal in some areas.
Great attitude. Very friendly and helpful.
She was very friendly, asked my permission to use an app on her phone for taking notes, very thorough, listened to everything I had to say, I'm excited to have her as my new PCP.
She was extremely helpful and the appointment in total went very smoothly. I got into the appointment right away and didn't wait long at all between the nurse, doctor, and blood work
She is efficient. I rarely have to wait, even at the end of the day. She appears concerned about me & knowledgeable. Please, keep her around.
She was thorough and I felt very satisfied with choosing her as my provider!
Teresa is a wonderful provider. She explained why they were ordering the additional test and what would happen after we got the results. She is attentive and always kind
The doctor was very passionate and took her time. Answered every question that we ask.She got on it right away getting referrals.
She was very helpful
Amazing! Easy to talk to regarding health and caring.
She was wonderful. First introduction was her complimenting my outfit it was a great first impression. She was very nice, informed, easy to speak with, and overall made me feel super comfortable. This is the first doctor's visit where I've felt confident and happy during and after.
She is awesome!! I have never read after care notes SO THOROUGH - WHAT AN ASSET TO YOUR ORGANIZATION. She is simply fantastic.
The first thing my provider said to me was that I am overweight, considering my BMI. She then asked if I "ever exercise or eat healthy." I shared that I go to spin classes l, which are nearly an hour long, 3-4 times a week and have gained weight in the form of muscle since beginning these classes. Provider then told me I need to focus in improving diet to "get to a healthier weight." I did not feel that the provider listened to me nor discussed weight in a helpful way.
Provider was very professional and made sure I understood everything with my plan of care. Very appretuve of hair.
Also very pleasant and listened to all my concerns discussed things we needed to do for my health
respectful and professional
It was a very pleasant visit.
She was truly exceptional. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything thoroughly in a way I understood, and made me feel very comfortable. I felt like a valued patient, and I'm so grateful for their expertise and care.
Good
She never did a thorough examination. Only time she even touched me was when she listened to my respirations and my belly. Told her about other issues but she never even checked the issues I told her about, just ordered an MRI, which is incredibly hard to get at OSU. She even wanted to do a pap smear, that is what my gynecologist is for. She did not make me comfortable at all. Therefore I cancelled my follow up with her and found a different PCP with OSU.
Good
I had a fine experience with my provider. No complaints.
