About Me
I specialize in primary care sports medicine, which focuses on providing care for a wide range of musculoskeletal issues in patients of all ages. These include acute sports injuries, overuse injuries and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
I believe in providing individualized care to each patient or athlete and I encourage him or her to be a part of the decision making process. I am passionate about what I do because I understand how frustrating it is to be unable to do the things you enjoy. Whether you are a competitive athlete or simply trying to maintain an active lifestyle, my goal is to get you back to your sport or activity as quickly and safely as possible.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/01/2020, Dr. Kitchin has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
