About Me

As a family medicine physician, the best part of my job is interacting with my patients and helping them to become the best possible versions of themselves. I believe the cornerstone of great care is an honest, mutually respectful and cooperative relationship between the patient and physician.

I’m passionate about teaching patients to take the lead when it comes to their health. My patients and I work as a team to maintain their best health. There’s no “one size fits all” approach to care.

I manage and treat chronic illnesses including diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, thyroid disease, anxiety and depression. I have an interest in women’s health, adolescent medicine and preventive medicine. I am also a PrEP (preexposure prophylaxis) provider to patients at high risk for contracting HIV.

I love the culture of excellence and learning here at Ohio State. Buckeyes are compassionate, driven and full of team spirit!

In my free time I enjoy traveling, exercising and spending time with my family.

She was extremely thorough and detailed

Love her! She is patient and listens carefully to my concerns and follows up with appropriate tests/treatments. I didn't feel rushed at all. I have recommended her to several friends and family members.

My Care provider was great! She was very knowledgeable and sincerely attentive. So far, she is the best provider I have had in a long time. She was also very patient with my questions and did not rush through things The only 2 things that were disappointing is that she came 20 minutes late to my appointment and did not bother to apologize, or excuse herself, and also she did not sanitize her hands before examining me/ nor wore gloves.

    Great experience

Dr. Christian always takes the time to hear me out and looks over health data (like BP logs) that I'm keeping. She strikes a good balance between active listener and keeping her patient on track if she thinks the emphasis on a particular issue needs to shift.
