About Me

William Houser, MD, FACC, is the director of the cardiac cath lab at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine, Ohio, and assistant professor of clinical medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Dr. Houser earned his medical degree and completed his residency in internal medicine at Ohio State’s College of Medicine. Dr. Houser also completed a fellowship in cardiology at the University of Cincinnati.

Dr. Houser is a subinvestigator on a number of clinical research studies and his research results have been published in journals, such as Circulation Research. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, as well as a member of the American Society of Echocardiography.

Dr. Houser practices invasive and noninvasive cardiology, including cardiac cath, peripheral arterial angiography, cardiac echo and nuclear cardiology.
