Note: Some services suspended
Due to COVID-19, the traditional services (primary care and OB/GYN) of the Community Care Coach have been suspended. However, we're still focused on meeting critical health care needs of the community.
Flu shots right in your neighborhood
Getting a flu shot is more important than ever this year! There's a possibility of being exposed to both the flu and COVID-19 this year, and the combination could be life-threatening. Everyone over the age of 6 months, and especially those over 60-years-old, or those with chronic conditions, should get the flu shot.
You can get a flu shot regardless of your ability to pay. Appointments required.
To schedule your appointment or for more information, please call 614-688-8881.
Please note: You MUST have an appointment to get your flu shot.
You can also get your flu shot during a regularly scheduled Wexner Medical Center appointment or from the East Hospital pharmacy.
The Community Care Coach thanks Ohio State University Physicians (OSUP) for their generous contribution to this unit and our mission.
