OSU CARDIOLOGISTS PUBLISH SECOND MANUAL OF VASCULAR DISEASES
Dr. Sanjay Rajagopalan, director for vascular research at The Ohio State University Medical Center, and Dr. Steven Dean, director of vascular medicine at Ohio State’s Medical Center, have published a second edition of their book, Manual of Vascular Diseases. OSU PHYSICIAN TO LEAD AMERICAN BOARD OF EMERGENCY MEDICINE
Dr. Richard Nelson, professor and vice chair of the department of emergency medicine at The Ohio State University Medical Center, has been named president of the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). The ABEM certifies emergency physicians who meet its educational, professional standing and examination standards. OSU NAMES DIRECTOR OF NEONATOLOGY
Dr. Peter Giannone, associate professor of pediatrics and associate medical director of the neonatal intensive care unit at Ohio State University Medical Center, has been named director of neonatology in the department of pediatrics. Giannone serves in the Society for Pediatric Research and he is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
