COLUMBUS, Ohio – OSU Sports Medicine at The Ohio State University Medical Center invites the public to attend the inaugural event, “OSU Sports Medicine – It’s Not Just for Athletes” on Sunday, Jan. 22 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Martha Morehouse Pavilion, 2050 Kenny Road, in Columbus, Ohio. 

Hosted by William White, a 1987 Ohio State football captain and 11 year NFL veteran, the event will feature other celebrities such as three-time Olympic gold medalist Katie Smith, former NFL defensive end Simon Fraser, members of the 2002 National Championship football team, and many others.

The event will focus on health and wellness topics including endurance medicine, performing arts medicine, golf performance, sports performance, sports nutrition, sports psychology, and much more.

Media are invited to attend the event. Of note is our feature event at 2 p.m. when Brutus Buckeye and the OSU cheerleaders will join us for a celebration.
