Ohio State’s Wexner Medical Center’s Health and Fitness Center
will feature the most advanced fitness equipment in central Ohio, portable technology to monitor fitness progress and research-backed knowledge and expertise from Ohio State, all with the goal of helping members achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

The Health and Fitness Center will feature personal wellness coaching along with a large aquatics area and group exercise classes. The Ohio State team of experts includes a registered dietitian, a registered nurse, a physician, exercise physiologists, physical therapists and fitness specialists. Ohio State’s Health and Fitness Center members will be offered specialized plans in heart health, weight loss, mobility, cancer prevention and recovery as well as one-on-one personal wellness coaching for ongoing support.
