We work hard to provide easy-to-understand health information when you need it -- at your doctor’s visit, in the hospital, or at home. Our materials are created with clinicians and health educators to help you make informed decisions about your health care. You may get these resources from your health care provider, from our library, or through your MyChart account.
Patient Education Library
Our Patient Education Library is used to help educate you or your family about your care. It includes a wide variety of health topics, videos, decision aids and health assessment tools. You may receive these as printed handouts or through your MyChart account or MyChart Bedside for those admitted to the hospital. Our patient education materials are for informational purposes only. Your doctor and health care team will talk with you about your specific needs and customized treatment plan.
How to access Patient Education Library
