Experience and Interests
Experienced athletic trainer with over twenty-six years of quality practice in sports medicine, teaching and community service. Began career as a teacher/athletic trainer at Watterson High School and moved on to Ohio State University Department of Athletics working with a variety of sports over twenty-four years, including 17 seasons with Men’s Basketball. Also worked as an instructor in the School of Health and Rehabilitative Sciences. He coordinates relationships with sports clubs, educational and civic organizations, government and industry partners, and other OSU departments to increase visibility and awareness of Sports Medicine programs and services.
Interests include injury prevention programs, Exercise Is Medicine and medical education. He is active within several local and national professional sports medicine organizations.
