Experience and Interests

Chris has decades of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine. He has been a clinical instructor since 1995, developing and teaching APTA approved education courses nationally for the International Weight Lifting Association.

In addition to his work at D1 Sports, he is a rehab and strength/conditioning consultant to Buckeye Gymnastics and Coretactix self defense and Krav Maga center. Chris developed Ohio State's Tactical Rehab and Conditioning (TRAC) program specifically designed to meet the unique rehabilitation and training demands of the tactical operator (firefighters, police officers, military, etc.)
