Experiences & Interests

Lei grew up in Fairfax, VA. He worked as a Forensic Toxicologist for several years before switching careers. While in Physical Therapy school Lei was able to complete some of his internships in the athletic training room at Miami and learn from the experts at the world renown Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. Lei is passionate in treating the active population and has interests in return to activity, pain neuroscience and athletes. He also enjoys teaching and mentoring residents as a faculty member of the Orthopedic residency program. Outside of work, he is an avid cycler and weightlifter.
