Video appointments are available for patients 14 years and older under quarantine due to a positive COVID-19 or a staph/MRSA infection. COVID-19 patients must show a positive test result in MyChart or on screen.

What you need for a Telehealth Express Care video appointment
- Copy of test results
- Insurance card
- List of current medications — keep prescription bottles nearby, if possible
- A private, quiet space for talking
- Smartphone, tablet or laptop
What can be treated through a Telehealth Express Care video appointment?
Patients under quarantine and seeking treatment for:
- COVID-19 (must have a positive test result in MyChart or show on screen)
- Staph/MRSA infection
For all other conditions, we recommend an in-person appointment. If you feel you need a telehealth appointment for another condition, please call 614-293-3200.
Does my insurance plan cover telehealth video appointments?
With the ending of the COVID-19 pandemic, some insurance carriers have reduced benefits for telehealth visits. Before you schedule a telehealth appointment, we recommend you check with your insurance carrier to determine your policy’s benefits.
