Donors, volunteers address multiple challenges

Since March, our teams at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and our phenomenal community have come together to provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Our supporters donated more than 11,000 meals to the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center health care workers. Hundreds of units of blood were donated at drives across central Ohio. More than $2.5 million was raised to support COVID-19 immediate needs for health care workers, COVID-19 research and public health projects. And we received thousands of messages from our community thanking our front-line workers providing support and encouragement for their dedication and tireless commitment to our patients and the fight against the pandemic.

We are humbled by the generosity of our community in response to COVID-19. On behalf of all of us, thank you.
