Biography
I am an internal medicine physician specializing in providing comprehensive primary care at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I value thoughtful, evidence-based care that considers both medical concerns and the broader social factors that impact each patient’s well-being.
My patients can expect a collaborative and respectful approach focused on their unique goals and values. I emphasize preventive measures and lifestyle modifications to help patients achieve and maintain long-term health. I’m especially committed to providing inclusive care that supports individuals from all backgrounds.
Growing up, I witnessed family members navigate serious health issues. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in medicine and provide the type of high-quality, compassionate care I’d want for my own loved ones. I am committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and helping them navigate their health care with clarity and confidence.
My role also includes helping to educate the next generation of providers. I am an assistant clinical professor of Internal Medicine in The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Consulting and related relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Andrew Eiterman has reported no relationships with companies or entities.

Very attentive
Dr Eiterman scheduled my appointment after I went to the ER! He was very thorough, reviewed my symptoms and situation before I came. He was kind, compassionate and really listened to my concerns. Together we put together a plan of treatment. He is the best!
Very pleased with my whole experience.
Expressed my concern about some BP readings recently. Doctor arranged for test of my meter and we were able to conclude after that to start a med.
Dr Eiterman is an outstanding doctor. He is knowledgeable about what is covered by Medicare. He thoroughly explains prescriptions and side effects. He researched a question I had about an international trip. He's concerned about his patients as people and cares about how they feel and what they want for their life.
Everything went well,
I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Eiterman. He has exceeded all of my expectations - A+Excellent communicator, very generous with his time.

Dr. Eiterman does his job really well. After coming from my doctor who I was with for 35 years who retired I was a little nervous about going with a new and much younger doctor but he has proven to be a very good doctor and we communicate very well.
Dr. Eiterman was very professional and friendly. He was interested in my health and treated me with courtesy and respect. This was my first appointment with Dr. Eiterman.

Listens
Dr. Eiterman was wonderful. I can tell he cares about his patients. He takes time to listen to concerns, knows my medical history well, and makes me feel very comfortable during visits.
Dr Eiterman always explains why and how. For example, what the script actually does in my body, how and on what systems alternatives work and what is good for me. He remembers me and my personal situation. I appreciate all this.
