About Me

I’m a rehabilitation psychologist and assistant professor in The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. I treat patients across the spectrum of disability, but I primarily see patients with brain injuries and burns.

My clinical interests focus on the intersection of culture and disability. I have an MA from Columbia University’s Teachers College and a PsyD in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University. I also serve as a clinical consultant to the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center Chronic Brain Injury Program’s Neuro Night’s series. In addition, I’m the current chairperson for the American Psychological Association’s Division 22 Diversity Committee.

In my free time, I enjoy watching my mini-Aussiedoodle, Lilac, chase (and never catch) squirrels in the park, as well as visiting the latest exhibits at the Columbus Museum of Art.

Consulting and Related Relationships

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

As of 09/29/2023, Dr. Gray has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
