My care provider did not show any concern for me or my healthcare during the visit. I was not informed of what would be happening (I STILL don't know what happened), she neglected to tell me any care instructions (which, on my mychart, she said she did. I had to find the care instructions from my after-visit summary). I was crying and shaking a lot during the procedure, and my care provider got mad that she couldn't see.
Very good
Very nice

Always polite & ask questions about how I'm doing, shows concern & informs me of anything she has found that is different or her opinion of how things look on progress this visit.

Very good
She was very nice and listened to my concerns about my health.
Excellent
Doctor knew what she was talking about.
Not bad
Everyone was very understanding because I had a lot of questions.
This appt was not made by me but my OSU oncologist. From the start, I found Dr Bartholomew to be rude and somewhat flippant. When she first entered the room, she introduced herself, then announced she does not do standard care and she would have to pass me to her nurse practioner for further appointments. Then she asked what my concerns were. This is where I explained about my oncologist wanting me to be seen by her. As she read through my prescriptions, she had trouble pronouncing a couple and when I attempted to explain, she said "I'll figure it out" with a hand wave. She said she was ordering tests and nothing else was done that day. So I drove over an hour for a Dr's appt for a basic ride meet and greet.
Excellent human quality in all professionals
She explained everything that what's gonna happen. It was very nice and speaking with me so I could understand what she was talking about.
Very good. I really trusted her.
Respectful and fully discussed my problem.
Dr. Bartholomew has always been a very warm, caring, knowledgeable doctor. I have felt well-cared for as her patient.
Dr explains to me very well what is my concerns. English is not my first language and difficult to understand medical terminology. She showed me illustration and using different words for me. It was very nice and my concerns to not understand disappeared. She is a great doctor.
Very great and the exam part was not painful because she was very gentle. The Only thing I would say is that when she recommended to see another doctor regarding my concerns, I didn't quite understood because she was saying in abbreviations. I was confused by that.
Very pleasant, friendly, explained everything I needed to know
While this was a yearly routine visit, and I had no major health concerns to discuss, I do find it a bit frustrating to get the same generalized speech every time I'm in - exercise more, watch your calories. This is often said not thoroughly understanding my environmental influences and challenges. She suggested a fitness app to help me monitor calories and walking. However, I have many moving parts in my life that makes it a much harder change of lifestyle than she makes it sound. While this is routine, I would like to be seen wholistically - not just that I need to lose 30 lbs and do more walking.
Dr Deborah was the kindest doctor I have seen to date. She's the only one to show me what she was talking about while she was talking about it and she gave me back my hopeful feelings about getting better with her concise medical advice and warm personality.
Professional and kind

Very good experience
Very knowledgeable, expert in her field. That's why I've been to her for over 30 years.
She was good
She was concerned with finding a solution to my care needs. She ordered extra tests to rule out any possibilities.
She did not push when I declined an extra test
She was professional, as usual
Straight to the point, which I appreciated. Also, only ordered necessary testing.
Good & friendly.
Great at explaining and addressing concerns I had.
Unaware of a procedure for appointment; felt like my wishes were not being honored or listened to; felt as if I was being pressured into a procedure
Also very kind, attentive and knowledgeable
Great, excellent, every visit.
