Dr Monson is very friendly and concerned with my overall health and situation. I appreciate the time he spent to work on our concerns. He also called and followed up with how things were going for me and his further thoughts on my health. I have had anxiety about doctors visits and he treats me well and I don't have that kind of problem with him. Trust his decision .
He is always scared of trimming nails always checks out what's in one hands. I am 84 year old he should provide extra band aid himself. Uncourteous and unprofessional.
I have had great experiences with all of my care providers, Nurses Assistants, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Doctors, Intake Receptionists, Greeters at the front door, everyone.

Dr. Monson is one of the best doctors I have at OSU. He knows my issues with my feet and explains everything in the simplest of terms. He takes the time need to address all of my concerns and is never trying to rush out of the room. I feel like he gets to know his patients as people, not just as patients, which is wonderful for anyone who might have "white coat syndrome". He just makes me feel at ease.

Good person, took X-ray could not conclude what the problem causing severe foot pain on the top of the feet and swelling. Gave me some exercises, set a follow-up appt. My problem is I still do not know why I have significant foot pain and swelling. I worry have liked him to pursue the root cause of the problem.
Was inquisitive about the issue presented and knew my med history.
Made sure my concerns were addressed. Always helpful and caring.

I am having same foot issue for over a year, I don't feel the root cause if being found and addressed. I feel the need to find another doctor for 2nd opinion on treatment.

First saw a resident who did most of the visit tried to explain conditions and concerns. And what PC was doing until I saw podiatrist who we both spent time finding. I was treated as nothing I had to say... mattered. My condition and concerns were irrelevant and why was I even there. When the doctor came in he was even more condescending then the resident. I really had reservations about this appointment due to it being at OSU because of the condescending treatment and attitude of your physicians. I have moved all health care needs except one dr. due to this from OSU. The physicians have a tune of inequity -
