About Me

As a urologic reconstructive surgeon here at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I specialize in performing procedures on the urinary system and reproductive organs. I offer a wide range of reconstruction procedures for both women and men, including patients who have complications from prior surgeries, have undergone cancer radiation treatment, or have experienced obstetric issues.

My expertise includes surgical options to treat ureteral injuries and help patients manage conditions including urethral stricture and urinary incontinence. In addition, I have extensive training in urogynecology and offer a full spectrum of treatment options for pelvic organ prolapse.

My role also includes specialization in neuro-urology. I am passionate about helping patients whose bladder dysfunction is linked to a neurologic diagnosis such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injuries. I offer medical and surgical options to treat neurogenic bladder, ranging from office-based procedures like botulinum toxin injections, to abdominal reconstruction with bladder augmentation and catheterizable channel creation.

The confidence I have with my health care provider is difficult to explain. I have been a patient at OSU since 2019. This is my FIRST experience where I felt my provider not only listened but gave suggestions on how to improve my quality of life. Being a cancer patient is hard. Being diagnosed with 8 different cancers is mentally exhausting. Palliative care wants to treat me like I'm chapter six' in their narcotics class. Dr Creseance never made me feel like I was less then. Or that I was being dramatic over my pain level. I could not possibly be more honored that she chose to take on my cancer diagnosis and has made it her mission to get me a quality of life worth living.
