As a cardiologist, I work closely with my patients to formulate individualized care plans with special consideration for their cardiovascular health. I treat numerous heart conditions including but not limited to adult cardiology, coronary artery disease, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and cardiac disorders of neuromuscular disease. It’s important for my patients to be actively involved in their own care, so I encourage them to ask questions and stay involved. I begin the process of treatment by addressing any concerns that my patients or their families may have before conducting a thorough evaluation of their cardiovascular health.
I specialize in cardiac MRI, and I am the program director of the Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Fellowship-Training Program. Together with the neuromuscular team, I helped establish the Multidisciplinary Cardiopulmonary Neuromuscular Clinic in 2026. My research focuses on using cardiac MRI to improve cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment.
What I love most about The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team to advance patient care through clinical and research endeavors.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my son and my husband, gardening and cooking.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
