I am passionate about delivering whole-person, patient-centered care. In my role as a family medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I offer primary, preventive and women’s health care. I take care of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and asthma, and I perform executive physicals.
When patients come to see me, they can expect an emphasis on preventive care and guidance with lifestyle choices that will help boost their overall health. I believe diet and exercise can improve the quality of people’s lives and help them live longer. I like to get to know my patients and their histories, and work with them as a collaborative partner to help them achieve their specific health goals. I strive to provide a comfortable, judgment-free environment where patients can feel safe discussing any concerns and asking questions.
One of the many rewarding benefits of practicing family medicine is the opportunity to care for multigenerational families and develop long-lasting relationships. I’ve had the privilege of treating families from diverse cultural backgrounds, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on the central Ohio community and its specific health care needs.
As a lifelong Ohio resident and a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine, it’s exciting to continue my career as a Buckeye. I am always impressed by the level of cooperation, mutual respect, and coordination between specialties, which further enhances the care we can offer to our patients. I appreciate the sense of community at the medical center, and the opportunities available for students, patients and staff to enrich and improve their lives.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my twins. I enjoy hiking, biking, snowboarding, skiing and traveling.

Very knowledgeable, takes her time in explaining answers to my questions. Patient and sincere In her care for my health. I do wish there were other options for prescriptions rather than pharmaceutical. Would love to look at natural remedies for my cholesterol since watching my diet and increasing my exercise aren't helping enough to lower it.

Dr. Frazer spent a great deal of time with me. She listened to all of my concerns, answered all my questions and gave me great information. She was also very kind and respectful. Once my blood tests were back, she explained everything and told me what changes I should make for my health. I thought she was excellent!

Very thorough and offered good suggestions
She was very attentive and responded in detail to my questions. When something required more information, like my slightly elevated blood pressure readings, she set up a plan for me to make additional measurements at home. Yesterday I sent her the results of those measurements and we resolved minor doubts and issues before the day was over. Generally speaking she is very responsive whenever I email via MyChart. For minor things I find this a very efficient and effective way of interacting.

She listened patiently and carefully as I explained my health concerns and the life situations that are impacting my physical and emotional well-being. She made referrals to see other health providers, and I thought her suggestions were excellent. Very thorough exam.
Dr Frazer listens and thoroughly reviewed my past history, asked important details about my exercise routine. Advised me taking Benadryl regularly for sleep to avoid leg cramps could increase risk for dementia. Yikes I read about it and stopped that night. Dr Frazer said use Magnesium and I do now. She stays up yo date and also gives practical advice.

I came in with a dozen different questions/ topics and we were able to address all my concerns. Tests were ordered and followup with a specialist address physical issues I had been experiencing. I was able to talk about stress issues and we addressed those issues as well. I love my provider.

Dr. Fraser takes an incredible amount of time with me during my physicals. She answers all of my questions-is thorough, patient and goes the extra mile to make sure she has a good understanding of any concerns I might have. She's pleasant with a good sense of humor. She always gets back to me when diagnostic tests are scheduled. Simply put, she is an excellent doctor!

Dr. Frazer was very interested in understanding my current needs and issues, and almost immediately added a new prescription for me and arranged an appointment with a Behavioral Health professional as I deal with the emotions of retirement. She is a good listener and a great doctor.
Dr Frazer has been extremely helpful to me during a current health issue; I haven't been able to receive the care I need from an endocrinologist and she has was always been there to try to provide care.
The provider was very knowledgeable about my history and answered all my questions about concerns that I have.

She has calmed my worries as I transitioned from Jay O'Flynn. She is good about entered lab/test orders and usually follows up with results. One time the X-ray reading was unclear and I had to call the radiologist myself and ask myself for clarification.
