About Me

As a primary care physician, I treat patients across all stages of life from infancy to adulthood. Whether managing chronic conditions, providing preventive care or offering guidance through life's major milestones, I am committed to ensuring every member of the family receives the highest quality of care.

I chose to specialize in internal medicine and pediatrics because it’s a privilege to build lasting relationships with my patients and their families. I prioritize getting to know each person, including their backgrounds, aspirations and unique stories, which allows me to provide highly personalized care that best aligns with their needs and values.

In addition to my clinical responsibilities, my role includes helping to educate future physicians. I am an assistant clinical professor of Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, doing home improvement projects, traveling and cheering for my alma mater – the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

I messaged Dr Cooper via MyChart with a non-urgent concern. Almost immediately she responded and scheduled an appt for the following week. I really appreciated her quick response. She really listened to my concerns and we agreed on a reasonable way ahead to revisit at my next annual checkup. Dr Cooper is so attentive and genuinely concerned about her patients.

Dr. Cooper and other staffs were EXCEPTIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. COOPER AND HER STAFFS except for the assistant who did the BMI

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Cooper. Both of my children see Dr. Cooper and every time we visit OSU New Albany, we feel seen and extremely well taken care of. We have Anthem BCBS insurance and the thought of having to switch doctor's if OSU became out of network made me extremely sad. Luckily we don't have to worry about it with the recent (amazing) news, so we're thrilled!

Dr C is the very best doctor I've ever had, She is very thorough and always gives answers to all of the questions on my list that I take to her office to discuss. Whether it is immunizations or illness or my chronic conditions. She has literally saved my life twice with convos we have had. One incident was about heart attack systems in women. Another was about blood pressure. I had an AKI due to very low BP. DR C told me to go straight to ER
