Biography
I am a board-certified neurologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in neuromuscular medicine, I care for people with a range of conditions such as myasthenia gravis, peripheral neuropathy, and amyloidosis. I have a special clinical and research interest in myasthenia gravis and transthyretin amyloidosis, and I’m committed to helping patients navigate these complex conditions with clarity and confidence. My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.
I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of skilled experts to ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and values. In addition to seeing patients, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of neurologists.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me running, hiking, crafting, or spending time with my dog, friends, and family.
I am a clinical assistant professor of Neurology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Consulting and related relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. Amazing care from her. First visit and she was incredibly patient and did a great job of explaining MG and FND
Very knowledgeable, excellent physician
I have a complicated case - I have a rare genetic mutation that impacts my care. I tried to explain this to my new provider and about 3 minutes into the explanation she interupted me and said "so when are you going to get to telling me about why you are here today" 3 minutes. Not 15. She clearly seems to have forgotten that patient care requires the second word - care. I'm not a widget. And while I likely do have neuropathy, she and no one else can actually tell me any more information as to why. And this provider doesn't seem to care. Which is a problem, since I shared that other providers have ruled out outher causes that cause neuopathy and *that* was the reason they asked me to come to a specialist. My other providers are capable of treating neuopathy symptoms. But they wanted the skills of the provider to help acertain the why. She failed. She fails to care on the most basic level about they why. No one is forcing her to work as a physician. So if she can't find it within herself to care about the why, she should find other work. Maybe medical research which is not people facing would be a better fit for her.
Perhaps the best Physician o have ever seen. Very knowledgeable and great communicator. Would recommend her to others without hesitation. Professional and yet friendly.
