Biography

As a family medicine and fellowship-trained integrative health physician, I believe in a holistic approach to care that emphasizes physical, mental and emotional well-being. In my role at the at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I see patients for conditions including chronic fatigue, sleep disturbance, inflammation, autoimmune diseases, fibromyalgia and gut health concerns.

To help my patients achieve optimal health, I always aim to identify and treat the underlying causes of their health issues rather than only addressing the symptoms. I provide integrative health plans, which involve utilizing complementary therapies, lifestyle changes and stress management techniques to promote healing and long-term wellness. I also offer primary and preventive care services. I have great interest in culinary medicine and believe in 'food as medicine.'
