Biography
Women's health is such a unique field. We get the privilege of being with patients on the best days of their lives and the responsibility of supporting them on the worst days. I have always been heavily influenced by strong women in my life and I consider it a privilege to work with and support women in my career.
Patients are more than just their medical issues and I treat each person's whole well-being: mind, body and soul. I love getting to know each patient and their families, and take pride in listening to each patient to develop a personalized approach to care. I collaborate with my patients through every step of the process to make sure they are comfortable with the treatment plan and that all of their needs are addressed.
I recently finished my training at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami in Florida, which is a large, metropolitan medical center with patients from all over the world. Working there taught me how important cultural influences can be during patient interactions. This prepared me to provide the best women's healthcare here at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Ohio State Wexner Medical Center is a unique place in that it's incredibly supportive of everyone who works here, which makes it a wonderful place to practice medicine. Each physician here has unique experience and a unique background that makes collaboration extremely beneficial in providing the best, most up-to-date care for our patients.
In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and son as well as our dog, Riley. I enjoy being outside in nature including gardening, hiking and swimming. We love all sports but cheer especially for the West Virginia Mountaineers, Cleveland teams, Miami teams and, of course, the Buckeyes!

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

She is the most amazing provider. Absolutely priceless.
She is so personable and kind! Especially when I have to bring all my kids with me. It feels like a midwife experience but with an OB (which is a perfect balance to me).
