Biography
I am an obstetrician/gynecologist. This means that I care for women throughout their life span. I give extra attention to times when they are having gynecologic problems, as well as during the amazing process of having a baby, and beyond.
Helping women with breastfeeding, and all of the challenges that can go with it, is of special interest to me.
I enjoy getting to know my patients as people first and patients second. I want my patients to know that I care about their well-being. It's important to me for them to know that I am here to help them achieve their health goals.
One of the benefits of being at Ohio State is the depth of resources here. I appreciate having world-class, friendly and helpful colleagues in a variety of specialties to call on as needed for my patients.
In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors and relaxing with my family. I also enjoy knitting and crocheting.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Dr. Rudesill has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
She is very thorough and you can tell she cares about your health. I felt confident and relieved that my concerns were going to be addressed.

Rebecca is so knowledgeable I am almost 70 years old and I still have my oldest special-needs daughter in my care, so naturally I was worried there was something the matter with me regarding female reproductive health. Rebecca answered all my questions, it made me feel like What concerns I had, although legitimate, were not the problem that was going on. Thank heavens!
Always thorough and takes the time to address all concerns without rushing, even if she's running behind schedule. This is my favorite provider to visit.
