Biography
I am Abigail Heppermann, PT, DPT, CLT, a physical therapist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. My physical therapy practice focuses on helping patients recover function, mobility and independence during and after hospitalization.
As a physical therapist at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, I partner with patients and their families to create individualized rehabilitation plans that support each person's goals. I am committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping patients build strength, confidence and functional mobility as they progress through their recovery.
I work closely with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patients with complex medical needs and help them safely transition to the next stage of recovery. My approach emphasizes evidence-based care, patient education and collaboration to help patients achieve the highest possible level of independence and quality of life.
