Biography
As a family medicine nurse practitioner at Ohio State, I help patients with preventative medicine as well as manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, depression and anxiety. I enjoy developing relationships with my patients and their families, and feel honored to be a part of their lives.
I am passionate about helping my patients to set small, obtainable goals. I believe that these little successes add up quickly and can improve patients’ overall health and wellbeing.
I love the culture and spirit of Ohio State and can’t imagine working anywhere else! I was raised as a Buckeye, and even completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees at The Ohio State University.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my husband and our two little boys. We love to play outside, spend days at the zoo and visit family in Toledo.

Alison is fantastic. She is more than up to date on the best ways to treat patient health concerns. I believe her husband is a doctor, so it's easy to see why and how she keeps abreast of the latest medical practices and medications.
