I am a board-certified family physician and diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. I lead the Lifestyle Medicine Clinic at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, where I partner with patients to prevent, treat and even reverse chronic diseases through evidence-based lifestyle changes.
I treat patients to address conditions such as prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis and weight concerns, as well as women’s health across the lifespan, including perimenopause and menopause.
My clinical practice focuses on the six pillars of lifestyle medicine – nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, social connection and avoidance of risky substances – to support whole-person health and lasting behavioral change.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of providers.
Please note: Not all physicians schedule patients at each listed location.
I have been fortunate to train and gain experience internationally throughout my medical training. I believe this exposure is a strength of mine and helps me to understand and connect with patients and colleges from various backgrounds and traditions. I have crafted my medical practice to highlight the strengths from the four different countries from where I have trained and I continue to strive to be up to date with international medical research.

The overall patient satisfaction rating is an average of all patient responses to the six doctor communication related questions shown below from the Clinician and Group Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. For additional information about the patient satisfaction survey, please visit our Patient Satisfaction Survey page.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
