As a nurse practitioner at Ohio State, I specialize in providing OB/GYN care to female patients of all ages. I provide routine obstetrical care as well as routine gynecological care. I also enjoy promoting women’s health prevention and education.
I feel that my experience in working with a diverse patient population has helped me to be a better patient provider. I have a background in family practice, urgent care and women's health that enables me to provide well-rounded care. I love empowering women to be healthy and knowledgeable when it comes to their own healthcare. I treat the "whole patient," seeing every individual as a unique person with consideration for his or her background, medical and family history.
I’ve been working at Ohio State since 2005 and love the opportunity for growth and development that’s available as an employee. I appreciate its strong foundation and reputation for providing state-of-the-art medical care.
When I’m not working, I enjoy running, shopping, watching movies and home decorating shows and spending time with my family.

Allison Levering had made us wait an hour and she had absolutely zero bedside manners. She never once looked in my direction nor made eye contact. She was very eager to play with my 13mo toddler however. There was minimal communication. The only time she communicated was to do a routine intake OSU does during appointments regarding my home environment, smoking/drinking habits, and other lifestyle habits. Throughout the entire period, she was extremely unwilling and dreaded to do her job and she was very irritated. My duration of my appointment lasted 7 minutes, all used to ask me for the routine intake on lifestyle habits etc. I have never had such awful provider who couldn't complete her job.
