About Me
As a family medicine physician, I use a comprehensive approach to patient care. I take the time to get to know my patients, understand their unique backgrounds and encourage them to ask questions. My goal is to empower individuals by developing strong patient-physician relationships, ensuring the highest quality care and individualized treatment plans. I specialize in anxiety, arthritis, depression, disease management and health promotion.
I enjoy working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center because of the rigorous academic environment and the ability to pursue my passion of helping others. Having the opportunity to teach residents allows me to impart my knowledge and experiences onto the next generation of physicians.
In my free time I enjoy playing with my dogs, reading, running, practicing yoga and traveling with my husband.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2024, Dr. Pannu has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
Amanda Pannu is the best, love that she uses recording so she can actually pay attention to us instead of charting mid appointment. It makes all the difference in showing she cares about our entire family who see her as our PCP.
My new PCP was very helpful and responsive. I really appreciated the use of the scribe and scheduling our next appointment herself.
I've always found Dr Pannu to be excellent in every way.
She was so nice! She explained everything so well and we talked about some changes that will be better for my health and went forward with those.

Dr Pannu really listens and understands you. She has a way of making you feel at ease.
A very good experience as always
She really does listen carefully and answer my questions fully.
Very informed and compassionate
Since it was my first visit, I was surprised she did not do a physical exam (heart & lungs).
Friendly
Dr. Pannu is good enough. Can't complain.
Dr. Pannu is great, she is not only a good provider she is caring considerate and funny.
Always good
She is very through. I always get the best care.
Dr. Pannu is such a great doctor. Very concerned with your health and takes any amount of time to answers any questions or concerns.
My care provider is great. After my first care provider of almost 15 years retired, I was concerned that I would not find another doctor with whom I would be so comfortable and trusting. My new care provider is an excellent doctor and a wonderful person. My care provider takes note of all of my quality of life issues and treats my health as a full package of interacting factors-physical, mental, emotional with no quality of life matters being to small to discuss and treat. I recommended my care provider to my family and currently both my sister and adult daughter see my care provider.
All experiences excellent
I feel that my health has improved since I began visiting the clinic. I feel I have the power to change my lifestyle and that with the correct knowledge I can stay healthy.
Very thorough, friendly, caring, respectful - All positive experiences.
The best doctor I've ever had. Kind, listens, helpful and so much more I'm so happy to have them as my provider. I feel heard and safe, able to trust their judgment.
She was very attemptive when receiving my medical records and the ones of my entire family. She was very careful when explaining the need for a routine colonoscopy.
We love Dr Pannu. She really cares about mine and my wife's health and well being.
Thorough, friendly, helpful, looks at the big picture checks all medication to determine if I am taking all she issues or prescribes.
Couldn't have a better doctor
Excellent professionalism, very attentive and engaging. Responded well and effectively addressed all concerns.
Dr. Pannu is my doctor of choice. I have Medicare and a great health insurance plan from OPM. I can go to any physician or health practice I choose. I choose OSU because of my trust In Dr. Pannu. Trust of my doctor is vital and Dr. Pannu always takes time to listen and explain which fosters trust.
She always takes the time to hear my issues because I only visit 3 month or 6 months at a time. Unless something major I refuse to be seen and drive over an hour but love to be seen by her and her staff -
Always listens to my concerns. Discusses any changes in treatment/medications and ensures I'm on board with those changes
Always good Listens to me take her time with me
She spent a lot of time and effort trying to figure out what might be causing my unusual symptoms. In hindsight, I think that I might have unintentionally caused confusion about some details about my symptoms, and that might have led her to prescribe medication that doesn't fit my symptoms. She also gave me a referral for testing by a specialist that seems spot on to me.
My experience with Dr Pannu this visit as well as all previous visits are always very personable. She is the best doctor I have. As a matter of fact, I feel she saved my life due to her thoroughness with testing and further investigating my health issue/concern. She listens to me
She is concerned about my overall health.
I feel very informed of where I stand health wise.
