I am a board-certified nurse practitioner at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in anesthesiology, providing care and support for patients undergoing surgical and procedural interventions, with a focus on spine care and outpatient services.

The only provider that listened, addressed my problem and created a plan to help me!
First provider to bring up my cervical spine MRI and actually go through it with me even though I have seen two other neurologists since I had my results back. Explained everything so I understood it and listened to my concerns. Ordered x-rays and then called me once she had reviewed the results and talked me through them. One of the best providers I have seen.

The nurse practitioner was wonderful. She was very curious and concerned with my problem. And she made sure she spent enough time with me to know that I was satisfied with the visit and that we had accomplished something. She ordered x-rays. I am anxious To see what the result of that is.
She was very kind, knowledgeable, and we came up with a care plan together based on what I had already tried. I was able to have X-rays done immediately following my appointment.

Dr Amber listened to my concerns, reviewed my medical information with me and helped me make a plan for care. She was kind and supportive throughout.
This was a first visit. I have found each OSU provider on my health care team to be knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, empathetic, and listens to fully understand issue/concern and not to simply check a box that they asked. She fits this description wonderfully and I am glad she has been added to my health care team.
