Good visit
The nurse practitioner told me she will NOT check my hormone levels "Estrogen & Progesterone"Or do a full blood thyroid panel and check my cortisol levels when I ask her to. My Family doctor was very frustrated when learning about this.

Amy is always friendly and ver knowledgeable.
She was absolutely one of the best that I have ever seen. She listened and came up with a plan of care that I agreed with 100%
Amy is outstanding. She is personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. I informed her of a new health diagnosis and she immediately responded, "We need to change your medication." When she went over my recent blood work, she had me come up to the computer so she could show me the trend of the resutls. She explained why she was changing the medication and the dosage. I feel listened to and cared about. This is the second time I have met with her and both times I leave feeling blessed to have her as my care provider.
No problems. Very professional and attentive to helping me progress towards better health.

Providers too often are focused on their computer rather than the patient !

The APRN spent more time collecting my full past medical history and listening to my concerns than any other health provider I've ever been to, including doctors and specialists. It was a nice surprise.
Everyone was very nice in all exchanges I had with them during my visit.

She was excellent, explain things in a very simple fashion for you to understand. After waiting six months to get into This endocrinology office it was worth the weight. However, it was ridiculous that we had to wait six months for urgent medical issue.

She took a lot of time answering my questions and explaining something about a supplement I was taking that I had no idea. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness, professionalism and vast knowledge!

Amy was one of the best care providers I have seen! She explained everything thoroughly, she was honest and to the point, and I really appreciate that! She took the time to explain the possibilities of what could be wrong, and the specifics of it in an easy to digest way. I appreciate how she didn't just tell me what I would want to hear or sugarcoat- she was completely straightforward, honest, and it's very clear she is practiced and educated!

Excellent.

She was great, after she further reviewed my records during the appointment. She had not done so beforehand so that caused some miscommunication and confusion on her part.
Amy Zahnhiser, APRN listens very carefully to what I have to say and gave me excellent instruction.

Very knowledgeable and spoke to us with respect

I always come away with new information that will help in caring for my diabetes.
I immediately called my wife to tell her about my office visit, in a very positive way!
Amy is just wonderful. So thorough and knowledgeable. Only makes recommendations with my agreement to cooperate & follow through on them.
I'm somewhat of a doctor hopper but not on purpose. My longtime doctor retired and I did not like the other providers in his office; I found another I liked but when I would call for an appointment it was always 6-9 months out regardless of the need so I searched for another; this doctor saw me at OSU but left the practice so I am with my current provider. I was worried she would not get an accurate picture of my health and that she might excoriate me but she absolutely listened to me and let me know we would figure this out together!
Knowledgeable friendly caring
Amy took an aggressive approach to my diabetes treatment and it has made a big difference in my daily blood sugar levels and I'm sure, on my A1C.

Amy Z. Is an excellent provider who answered my questions and made a referral for the help I needed with my insulin pump.
Once again, due to personal circumstances and lack of most of my medical history, she was extremely patient and understanding while gathering my medical information.

Sometimes talked fast and did not explain well.
