About Me

As a comprehensive medical optometrist, I treat patients for a variety of issues including dry eye, red eyes, double vision, macular degeneration, glaucoma and more. My patients know that there are no bad questions in my exam room. My goal during every exam is to ensure my patients understand what is going on with their eyes and are educated about their specific treatment options.

I chose to become an optometrist because I am a science nerd at heart. My favorite fields of science have always been neuroscience and physics (specifically light), and when you combine the two, you get eyeballs! Learning is my favorite hobby, and I love that the ever-evolving world of medicine allows me to learn new things daily.

I also appreciate the unlimited opportunities to continue learning and growing here at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I enjoy working alongside ophthalmology specialists and having access to a myriad of other expert subspecialists. Being at such a large and renowned medical center also makes it easy to connect my patients with any resources they need.

Giving back to the community is important to me. I enjoy volunteering at free clinics for patients without health insurance. When I’m not working, I love going camping and hiking with my fiancé, and taking care of my beautiful German shepherd. I enjoy doing yoga, cooking new recipes and tending to my many plants.
